  • PTAGE: Age at Screening Visit

  • PTETHNIC: Ethnic Category

  • PTRACE: Racial Categories

  • PTLANG: Language to be used for testing (only one may be checked and must remain the same throughout the study)

  • PTPLANG: Is language to be used for testing the same as primary language?
